Party Books for the 2025 year! 

Party Books are events hosted and attended by Hesby families, parents, and kids. There will be a dedicated kid party for each grade, along with a variety of family and adult-themed parties. Party Book parties are a great way to raise money for Hesby students while building community among students and parents!

The deadline to sign up is March 25th.

Host a Party Book!

How does it work? Let’s say you offer to host a Sky Zone Party. 

  1. You determine the number of kids you want to take

  2. Who the guest list will include (maybe only your kid’s class, grade level, whole school, Hesby only, etc)

  3. You book and pay for the reservation for the number of kids

  4. Set the ticket price for the kids to attend

  5. We sell the tickets on our auction for you, and their purchase to attend your party book goes to supporting Hesby! While also having fun!

Where does the money go? 

100% of ticket sales go to Hesby, so it's a great way to have fun with others in our Hesby community while giving back to our school! Party hosts generously pay for all costs out of their own pockets.

Refund policy: 

Please note there are no refunds for tickets purchased. If a guest is unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, they can choose to give/sell to another Hesby family or consider it a donation to the school. You may also contact Amy Castillo to inquire regarding waitlists.
