Mrs. Mintz

Judi Mintz began teaching elementary school in the Los Angeles Unified School District in 1972. After sixteen years of teaching, she became an administrator, beginning as a Coordinator, then an Assistant Principal, and finally as a Principal. She comes to Hesby Oaks after being the Principal of Garden Grove Elementary School in Reseda. In six years, and lots of hard work, Garden Grove was named a California Distinguished School. She served for three years as the Treasurer of Phi Delta Kappan, an educational organization. She has also served as the Treasurer and Secretary of the Elementary Principal's Organization (EPO).
